Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage and reimburse a percentage of the therapy fee directly to you. I can provide you with billing statements for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. 

Fee

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks and Zelle. Please contact me for more information.

Missed Appointments

You will be responsible for the full session fee if you do not show or do not cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time.  (Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies.)

Late Arrivals

I will make every effort to hold a full session if you arrive late. However, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments scheduled after yours. You will be responsible for the full fee if your session is shortened due to a late arrival.

Location

My office is located at 444 Community Drive, Suite 207, Manhasset, NY 11030.  The building is 1/4 mile north of the Long Island Expressway (exit 33) and approximately one mile south of Northern Boulevard. Ample parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
