Athletes experience the same life challenges as everyone else with the additional pressures that go along with competitive sports: the demands of physical training and competition, travel and separation from family and friends, academic responsibilities for student-athletes, athletic identity and transitioning into or out of sport. I help athletes develop positive mental health and a strong sense of identity so they can feel their best in and out of competition. My work complements mental skills coaching that prepares athletes to reach peak performance in their sport.
