I tailor the course of therapy to meet your specific needs by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness.  I work from a strength-based perspective to help you recognize and refresh self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, nurture self-compassion and strengthen relationships.

l believe living a balanced life is the key to achieving a healthy mind and body. The disproportion that results from devoting the majority of energy to only one or two functions leads to stress, fatigue and negative emotion. My integrative method will help you find your balance and live your best life.
